[BC] New Warning signs

Not a good idea. You could be charged with a number of crimes ranging
from disorderly conduct to interfering with a public safety officer just
for posting such a sign. Imagine a fire department, ambulance crew, or
law enforcement agency responding to the property for a legitimate
emergency and encountering this sign. The resulting delay in the arrival
of emergency workers could pose a serious threat to life and property.
