just got off a conference call with station manager, programming people, and
air talent re 'the time change problem'

WHY does this come up EVERY year............can someone not take the time to
write down what worked so we can use it again ?

and did the people who wrote the programming never hear of DST ?

instead, we attempt to re-invent the wheeel every autumn .....
