Personal Comments

The 1190 in Dallas was in a state of flux after several sales during the 
WLIB/WOWO  stuff.  

I would have expected them to at least apply for something even if 10 kW. at 
night with no pattern change.

As I recall the Atlanta 1190 got a power increase at night,  maybe not but I 
believe they applied for change when the WOWO down grade was granted.
