[BC] WOWO gives way to NYC

I will respectfully disagree about the nightime statement. I'm on the SW
side of Fort Wayne, about 20km away from their Roanoke, IN xmtr, but in
their null. I can't hear them in my basement since the change, and I've had
to re-align my clockradio next to my bed. I can either see the digital
clock, or hear WOWO, but not both....
