LOL!! For some reason, that just struck me as funny. ;)

Nowadays, tho, I could imagine it happening... some station's existing tower 
site is being drooled over by some landgrab developer, so the station ends up 
moving across town, but wants to recreate the coverage they had, while still 
needing to protect others, etc... so a pattern is developed to "poke that 
signal".
