Not really.

The desired "aperture" (beam width of the major lobe) influenced the 
number of towers along the  broadside axis.

In order to cancel the backside, which is towards WOWO, at least two 
towers would be required.

6 x 2 = 12.

A five-tower in-line, all pointed towards WOWO, was capable of only 1 kW.

The 12-tower is capable of 5 kW, but at that power it also has to protect 
Portland, OR (Class A, 50 kW), Guadalajara, JA (Class A, grandfathered at 
10 kW), Mexico and Tolleson, AZ (Class B, but very low power). Possibly 
also Anaheim, CA.

Put 5 kW into such an array and you get about 70 kW out, and almost all 
of that over Dallas and Ft. Worth.
