There is no DC at the plate of the RF final amplifier, it's all RF. The 
plate is at DC ground and all
supplies are below ground so the high voltage supply is operating a - 
15kv. Check for carbon tracks around
the paddle or its mount on the tube support plate. Also check the 
doorknobs associated with the paddle.
The thing works just like the Harris PDM but everything is below ground 
so they do not have to use
a blocking capacitor at the PA plate as all there is is RF. Hope this
