Where were you folks when Harry the Horrible arm twisted Martin to give an unlicenced pirate a STA to operate in Nevada.  Isn't that worse abuse than media consolidation issues?  Oh yeah don't for get the pressure on FCC for a FM translator for a S.C. AM station?  Hmmm, both of these are against the FCC policy at time.  Where were you then???????
