What equally galls me is the amount of ice they (not just BK, but 'most
any business that sells fountain drinks) put in a cup. You get a cup full
of ice and almost no soda. Of course, some people seem to want tons of
ice in their drinks...I've seen people at fill the cup with it at
self-service fountains too.
I always specify "no ice" when I order a fountain drink.
