Didn't they offer you the option of cancelling?
I think you mentioned that you ordered this using
a credit card.  Isn't there some support there?


I was in my local Wal-Mart today.  They are selling E-Machine (Gateway) 
computers with Windows XP Home.  They were not exactly "rocket ships" but OK 
general purpose computers.  No monitor included. Price $299.00.
