Internet service and power lines is a technology match made somewhere well
below Heaven. Someone needs to shoot this monster through the head and put
it out of everyone's misery. If the power companies want to get into
Internet service, fine; but do it in a way that, like another well-known
technology now being rolled out, doesn't crap all over its neighbors.
