You look at their corporate website and find out who is
really in charge (COO, CEO). You address your queries
their with emphasis upon a "study you are completing
for a client on compliance with FCC regulations."
The chances are that the designer(s) have long-ago
been terminated or they were "consultants" who
are now designing nuclear thermostats for the
Chinese. You won't get any answers from the
customer service department because, quite
frankly, they don't provide customer service.
