I called both numbers and they say they cannot either modify or cancel
the order.
The bitches on the other end of the phone-lines simply read text
back in response to customer queries. They are simply mechanical
voices with no interconnected intellect.
I am now trying to find out some name of somebody in corporate
to which I will send an, as yet not composed, mad letter.
After which I will contact the credit card company and tell
them I want a refund.
