B.J. Snowden's entire first album was mastered out-of-phase.  You can
even hear it in the MP3 clips she has on her web site:

Her song "In Canada" got some airplay on freeform station WFMU, and
listeners complained that they "could hardly hear it" when listening
in mono.  The station prepared their own in-phase version of it to fix
that problem, but I suspect if you buy the CD you'll still get the
out-of-phase version.

I also have a Petula Clark LP from the '60s which is completely out-of-
phase... and also some LPs which claim to be stereo but are really mono,
and some LPs which claim to be mono but are really stereo.  Plus one 45
where the labels are on the wrong sides.
