I'd cancel the order, and take my business elsewhere... or insist to speak 
with a supervisor and change it before they ship it. (Or just return it, stating 
that your software won't run on it, which will most likely be true!)  Be 
firm... you have to be determined. Tell them that unless they make it available 
with XP, you will take your business elsewhere. The more people who send that 
message, the better.
