 Of course not !!
 It's the government's responsibility to use YOUR money ( vast quantities
 of it ) to find "a way" to save these less fortunate souls.

 Since you happen to be so fortunate to have common sense, you should
 feel very guilty about it, and be taxed into oblivion to "give back" to these
 lazy folks who chose to sit on their collective hineys and let you be
 responsible for their well being, life, liberty, and happiness in all cases.

 After all, it's FOR THE CHILDREN !!
 You don't hate children, do you ?
