[BC] The CDBS is Down.. Again?

I know it's been up.. and down. Up and down because of the recent filing
window, but it seems to have taken a nose dive again. I got this ertror when
looking up the CDBS Data on an AM station in Worcester, MA

(There were more to the errors, but I wont post it all)
