Sirius has already started offering video; 3 channels, one of which as I 
recall is Disney. 3 "Children's" channels. Given that the in car display 
is a 7" LCD fold-down panel, it does not have to be "hi def" to be useable.

I have seen ads for Chrysler vans, using the "Partridge Family" theme 
song as background, and featuring a crash-dummy charcter (safety 
emphasis), a table (kids can play checkers and cards while in motion), 
and the Sirius video is mentioned / shown (*screen images simulated*).
