We can compare that to the thousands of radio people who lost their
jobs during consolidation. Considering what record companies are
producing I find it hard to feel sorry for people who no longer have
anything of value to market. While I don't condone theft of
intellectual property I can understand the feeling that the product
isn't worth paying for. I can't remember a period where record
companies were so bereft of creativity as today.
I'll bet Radiohead will make more money with the "honor" download
system than they ever did as slaves to a record company.
