Of course... it needs to be in a WiFi hotspot, or it's a decoration, too. 
Radio is still absolutely TOPS for portability & economy. You can buy a $5 radio 
and (usually) hear the news or the ballgame. You don't need Internet service, 
just a signal.

The more I think about this, the more I think that the service most 
threatened by "Internet Radios" (like the Roku and cell phones) are Sirius and XM. 
Terrestrial Radio is still close to 100% free. (Unless you have a hand-crank or 
solar-powered radio, then it IS 100% free.)
