[BC] What are these?

Top Unit is a 3-512 Mhz Receiver AM/FM and other millitary modes like 
DSB.  I have seen them in racks around millitary and government 
facilities. 

Middle is a Collins 51S-1 Receiver.

The bottom looks like an 1960's era Novice Transmitter.  The rest of the 
stuff looks like support gear, Antenna Matching units and perhaps a RTTY TU.
