[BC] What are these?

Unsure re gear surrounding, which has look of audio distro & SSB 
converters, but center unit is a Collins 51S-1, 500 - 30 Kcs receiver.

Above 651S-1 appears to be CEI/WJ stuff, late 60's - early 70's, seen 
shipboard, USN, used in V/UHF work. Continuously tuned w/NIXIE 
readouts. Nice stuff if you can get it.
