[BC] RF gasketing or not on old CCA

Replying late on this:

Talk to Van or Jerry

Van has come up with some thing a ma jiggy that RF bypasses
the Dzus fasteners and supposedly stops burn-off arcing.
Haven't used them myself, someone was just telling me about them.
