[BC] Brokered/Paid Time Question

First..before doing any advertising, get with your communications counsel 
and create a contract which will not only stand the test of local, state, 
and fedral laws, but also the scrutiny of the FCC.  Brokered radio has MANY 
potential tripping points that will loose money when you're paying an 
attorney $x00/hr. to fix a problem some $30/hr. broker created.  That and 
the brokerage agreement MUST be placed in the public file....for all to see 
what you're charging.....

With the political season coming....brokered deals and what can be 
broadcast are even more touchy.
