[BC] Starguide Channel Swap

As said, this is done through commands through the M&C port.  I am not aware
of a way to do this from the SG menu.

If you have (or get) a Broadcast Tools DSC 32/64 you can program the
providers and services you want in the audio mode you want.  This can then
be commanded by your automation system or by a couple of buttons on the
front panel of the unit.  Works pretty well.
