I know that some corporations will assume
ownership of any invention or creation that
is made during the employ of an individual.
The thinking is that you gained the knowledge
and idea by being employed by that company.

If the company you wish to be employed by
desires ownership of any tools, aids, computers,
etc. I would specify that the company supply
all such materials and hence they already own
what they are supplying rendering the issue
moot. Make them supply what you need to do
your tasks. You are supplying intellectual
property only.

The above is not intended to be dispensation
of legal advice nor the practice of law. Any
resembelance thereto is purely coincidental.
