scan the contract, and delete references to who the company is, and post 
it somewhere?

    I know radio stations have to be very very careful if they let any 
kind of national 2-way company on their broadcast tower. That national 
company will insist you sign their standard national contract, and after 
two years, your tenant becomes your site administrator. I also have told 
stations to have several different people, not attorneys, read contracts 
for the fine print. My guess is that your wife does not have a legal 
background, just one grounded in common sense.
