[BC] DN-C680 problems

Is that corporate Marantz or a vendor shop?

That business paradigm is more common than we know these days with 
outsourcing and such.

In my mind, I don't care who makes the repairs under warranty so long as 
they're done properly, timely and within the terms of the warranty.  That 
said, if an outside shop does the repairs and they're done poorly, they 
won't be doing them for long since the company will be paying for multiple 
repair trips and loosing money as a result.
