Is that corporate Marantz or a vendor shop?
That business paradigm is more common than we know these days with
outsourcing and such.
In my mind, I don't care who makes the repairs under warranty so long as
they're done properly, timely and within the terms of the warranty. That
said, if an outside shop does the repairs and they're done poorly, they
won't be doing them for long since the company will be paying for multiple
repair trips and loosing money as a result.
