With IBOC now tearing up the band at night, maybe the time is right to 
knock the 50's down at night since, as you point out, "the SKYWAVE days of 
broadcasting are gone".

But don't tell that to some of the clears who until now did enjoy serious 
revenue from their overnight signals.
