Long ago, at a non-broadcast job, I stole this fair and square.

We had a project form for everything. They were used to assign your 
time, request budget, etc. I added a line under the "real" check boxes 
(for things like, OT required, hazmat needed, etc).

My boss would check two.. every time.. it took him about 6 months to 
figure out I'd doctored the form.

He took it well when he figured it out and noted it did make him think 
about overall priorities.
