Moving an old-skewing format to FM isn't going to solve that problem. 
It's the nature of the programming, not the band. I doubt Howard 
Stern or Mancow on FM would share much audience with Rush Limbaugh.

Sports on AM makes sense and can generate revenue on low numbers. 
WFAN, New York, for example never had ratings that would have 
justified the former #1 billing position in the industry. It did have 
very desirable demos.
