Many of the HP/Agilent's go down to 9 kHz, a really useful feature when 
looking at FM baseband.  Once you've got the pilot showing at normal 
level (about -21dB), it easy to check injection on RDS and other SCAs, 
analog or digital.  Needs good averaging for digital, of course.  I use 
an HP E4411A also known as the ESA-L1500A, but I'd suggest the E4411B if 
the choice was between the two.  It has a floppy drive.
