Yes, it certainly does.  For instance, I am in perfect shape.  Round is
perfect.  No, really, I lost 8 pounds by eating my favorite foods.  I just
eat less of it now.  That's more fun than just eating grapefruit and
celery.  And probably just as effective.  It's called "portion control."
Have birthday cupcakes and limit yourself to just one, instead of having
half of a regular cake.  It works especially well for those of us who have
enough candles on the cake to set off the smoke alarm.
