That's what it looked like to me. It seems the 40 acres you can buy 
is the day site. It looks like valuable real estate just a few miles 
out of the city, probably worth more to a developer than the station 
is worth. So, you have to buy the station plus the day site plus 
assume the night lease. Since it's non-directional days you could 
probably sell of much of that land and pay for the whole thing. Maybe 
a Super Wal-Mart is in the future.
