Not likely if it was a business arrangement and agreement cemented in a 
written document AND signed by a lucid person.

That and the fact even if the agreement is deemed null and void, where will 
the station go?  Oldies isn't such a bad format...especially when oldies 
can be considered as late as the 70's.
