I like your ideas, gentlemen.. but..... for that to be done, radio 
programmers/station owners would have to be intelligent human beings 
and do things with research and information to back it up with..

That would give them an advertising market too: harbours, hotels,
boat maintenance, diving schools and everybody else catering to
the boating tourists in the Caribbean.
