[BC] Providing schematics

It may take me a while to dig up chapter and verse, but in the mid 1970's
Manufacturers were forbidden to import electronic items to California,
unless they were accompanied with a schematic, or there was a source
available within the state to acquire them for free. Sometimes the
schematic for a television set was the size of a postage stamp. Give me
time to look it up. I should have it somewhere in one of the filing
cabinets around here.
