[BC] FCC LAND CRUSIERS

    The building in Allegan (actually Dunningville), is being rented 
out. The FCC has stripped out all of their equipment, however a new 
"POD" sits on the property. WIth that POD, the FCC can do just about 
everything by remote control, someplace, actually just about any place.. 
And the pods are "anywhere" the FCC feels like.

    My ham radio buddy has possesion of the Rohn 25 tower that held the 
V/U antennas at the Allegan station.

    The Icom 7000's are still in use, but those were also in use a good 
10-12 years ago. These "pods" are the latest and greatest our money can buy.
