[BC] RMT from NWS

The NWS in the SE WI area sent the RMT not once, but twice at noon
today. It was scheduled for 11:50pm tonight. I'd love to yank those
stupid boxes out of the studios! I have PD's all over me like it was my
fault. And somehow the FCC, FEMA and the Gov's office is going to make
this better?
