[BC] Mic flags/signage needed

I spotted a neat SM-7 flag concept on the floor in Charlotte last week - 
it's a big cap, essentially, that fits right on the back end of the mic.

These guys also make the big "flag plates," for lack of a better word, 
that slip over the top of the shock mount of an RE-20 or 27.
