[BC] SX5 Bites the dust.

 From the video, it looks like the main breakers had been bypassed 
and the exhaust fan blocked off.  Although I have to wonder why the 
Harris box's OWN, INTERNAL breakers didn't trip out long before catastrophe.
If THEY had been bypassed, as well... that so-called "engineer" 
deserves.... I dunno - shooting's too good for him (or her).

the other thought that comes to mind... ignorance?   or sabotage?
