Hello Mr. Stroup:
Yes that was Claude Gray. For many many years he did frequency measurements. He also was a RPE and did many directional antenna systems and AM N0n-D's in the Southeat. He tuned up nighttime for the Mathias broothers 250 Watt nightime DA in Houston, MS.
Incidently Bob I visited WCPC a few weeks back and Robin was there, with the ITA 50 kW. and is still selling and on the air, but I hear he is selling the station.

Hey Dave:
Was the person that did the measurements for you named Claude Gray and located
in
Birmingham?
I remember WSSO in Starkville, MS and their FM, then WSMU-FM, used Mr. Gray for
the
freq. measurements but I also wondered how he could receive the FM in
Birmingham.
