As I'm too close to this situation, I'll only say that I have been told by
trusted sources that the original plan when WOWO was purchased by Inner
City Broadcasting Corporation was to completely silence WOWO.

(and I'll echo Doug's appeal: Let's not bash this downgrade.  It's over
and done with.)
