Florence, OR is a town of 7,500 and it supports one AM and one FM. TV is 
via translators (transmitters fed by microwave) and one of the Eugene 
stations can program commercials and program material strictly to our 
little town and not include the rest of their transmitters and nobody's 
going broke.
