Paul it was just a be careful comment and nothing more.  You may be right and 
there may be many stations out there like that and if there are they would all 
be in violation.  I'm not the enforcer I just visit stations when they ask me to 
and warn them if I find anything wrong.  Harold probably knows the rule number 
off the top of his head, I'd have to look it up.  Don't kill the messenger he 
was just trying to point out it might not be good to make claims like that in a 
public forum.
