I was in Atlanta this week and there off I-85 and I-285 northeast side of
town low and behold there is a big AM antennae smack dab in the middle of a
shopping center parking lot.

Who's tower is this?  Would covering with asphalt affect the ground system?
Would keep the copper from being stolen no doubt.  Maybe that;s the solution
for keeping all that copper in the ground.
