    I can not agree with that.  The problem is that in implementing IBOC 
or any other digital scheme on MW, what will be the impact of those 
already there running analog? Until we can fully answer that, MW is NOT 
the place for digital.  The real place for digital is another band as 
has been suggested numerous times here.
