Have you tried Commercial Radio Supply in Vermont?  Dan Churchill knew
where to find any tube or any part out there. In the 90's when I was
still running my Collins 20V-3, he was always very helpful!

yet, but I was able to locate a data sheet for the 4X150D.  If the
radio will 
permit it, I may go with the 150A, provided I can find any!
 
The radio is a T-195/GRC-19 if that helps any.  And this thing is  quite
