That's what I concluded myself. And Mr.Bukont thinks
that the FCC allowing night IBOC is the cat's meow.
It's more like Cat Scratch Fever.

And I have had Cat Scratch Fever a few years back. I
was VERY ill and ended up in the Emergency room.
