Let's not sell the topic short! My comments did not say there won't be
processing, as there most certainly will. BUT...it comes down to how it is
used. Just as the GM and PD learned to listen to FM differently than AM,
the same holds true here.

Gang, it's not like the industry has not brought out new tech before.
EVERY one of them had hurdles to overcome, and they did. No reason, we
can't do the same here. Whether any of this group likes it or not, coded
audio is here...and...if it's HD Radio, DAB, DRM, or whatever else is
lurking, WE as an industry will make use of it. Additionally, it will be
those enterprising individuals who will figure out how to reduce, or
hopefully remove the 'warts' that will enable these technologies to
succeed. This is not anything new.
